Unhelpful staff and unmet room requests made travelling with our eight-week-old baby unnecessarily stressful.

Pros: We loved the location. Was so central and close to everything we needed Cons: A very disappointing experience, particularly when travelling with a young baby. The staff were incredibly unhelpful. We requested early check-in ahead of our stay, explaining that we would be travelling for 24 hours with our eight-week-old baby, but this could not be accommodated. We also requested interleading rooms the only reason we chose this hotel but were instead given rooms on separate floors. Whenever we needed assistance with anything relating to the baby, the staff seemed unable to help. They did e
