Really pleasantly surprised.
Pros: The location was good, walkable to city centre. Room was very clean and tidy with everything you could need. Staff were very friendly and helpful, checked on us throughout the stay. Cons: Spacious, modern room with everything you needed. Free parking is a major bonus.

Pros: I liked that it had a washing machine and dryer, not many hotels I've stayed at provide that service. I also liked there was a mini fridge in the room. Cons: A suggestion I would make is bottled water being available in the room in the fridge. Also, it would have been good for another plug socket in the room or better an integrated USB power outlet.
