Good hotel

Pros: Good location as a starting point for tours through London. Very friendly staff. Breakfast sufficient. Certainly not a huge buffet, but absolutely sufficient for a city trip. Cons: No toilet brush as mentioned in other reviews. Partially somewhat noisy and narrow corridors/stairs.

A comfortable, very clean hotel with friendly and courteous staff.

Pros: On the first morning, I was woken up very early by a very loud, hours-long rattling noise. Due to my complaint, I immediately received a different, larger and nicer room. Cons: Everything was great
