Good for an overnight stay, laundry available
Pros: Apartment 3 is located at the back of the house and upstairs. You have to go up a flight of stairs. The path is illuminated by motion sensors. The apartment is newly renovated, the bathroom is nicely modern, and the shower is hot. The bed is large and the air conditioning is sufficient to keep the bedroom warm (3° outside at night).
Cons: The email with the check-in information only arrived at 5:19 PM. The dryer apparently is not cleaned regularly, it was full of lint and the water container was full. Unfortunately, there were long hairs on the floor blowing through the kitchen. It was n
Very clean, a bit small but manageable, and my parking space was taken...
Pros: The room was very well cleaned, and I appreciated the AC and all the other comforts of home like good cooking facilities and a TV to watch.
Cons: The space in unit 4 is a bit tight for people with mobility issues but overall fine for a night's sleep. I really didn't like that my off-street parking was taken by another occupant in a different unit when I left for dinner, and I had to park a valuable car a block away and walk back, making my meal very unpleasant and ruining my night's sleep with worry.
Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and would stay again.
Pros: Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Northcott Lodge in Newcastle. The location was excellent and one of the biggest highlights, with Westfield Kotara and the Newcastle Entertainment Centre just a short drive away, which was very convenient for our family as we were attending an event there. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-suited to our family's needs, providing plenty of room for everyone. The parking was also convenient, with easy access and ample space, making coming and going hassle-free. The accommodation offered great value, and we appreciated the quiet environment

Nice stay except for limited space once the sofa bed was pulled out.

Cons: Not much room when the sofa bed is folded out. I couldn't walk into the kitchen when it was folded down. Strange that there is no reception, and parking for spot number 3 was not in a good location.
