Convenient stop in Edinburgh

Pros: Very handy for central Edinburgh, bus stop close by. Room lovely and warm. Quiet neighbourhood. Very helpful and friendly cleaner Cons: A little shabby and drab, minimal tea and hut milk provided. Small soap sachets only for the shower which I didn’t like.

NIGHTMARE.

Pros: Turned up to check in just after 10PM after being given instructions to do so - Was left waiting in the porch after phoning the number on the door about 10 times. I was then told they didn't have a room for me, even though they took my money, confirmed the booking, sent me confirmation emails and messages - and the code for the door, just to then say they didn't have a booking for me...? Madness. Just what you want after a 14 hour shift. Never again. Cons: A bed would have been nice. Not being kept waiting in the porch at 10PM for what felt like forever. If you don't have rooms
