Great spot for exploring Nottingham as it’s based in a convenient location
Pros: In the heart of the city extremely convenient to visit different places around Nottingham. Cons: The view was obstructed by another building and unfortunately the sink drainage was extremely slow and the lack of shower essentials, e.g. shower gel missing

Pros: Location was great Cons: Tired room decor No full time reception staff Dingy reception atmosphere- no sense of welcome No windows in room other than very high up small windows Very institutional bathroom Absolutely no sense of care from the hotel for one’s stay - sporadic staffing of reception is very unsatisfactory . Pleasant staff but no sense that there was a team Looking after guests . It is a 4 star hotel quite unbelievably
