Nice people but very run down and in need of repairs
Pros: The hosts of the Novello were friendly and very helpful. The bed in my room was clean and comfortable. Cons: I was very dissapointed to see the awful stains on the ceiling and the wall in my room and also the broken tiles on the floor in the bathroom. Which stuck to my bare foot when I came out of the bathroom.

Pros: Close to town centre very good location very friendly staff Cons: Uncomfortable mattress toilet brown and dingy slight smell coming from sink but overall good value for money
