Superb

Pros: Everything, especially the way staff takes care of hotel's guests. Reception staff professionalism is 10/10. Cons: Nothing. All good. Even if there were a few little things unclear, the hotel solved/addressed/promised-to-address them asap. That's what I call great customer service. Thank you so much Novina hotel.
