We stayed at the novotel as it was a good inbetween from the airport and locations we were looking to visit and the rooms were decent
We stayed at the novotel as it was a good inbetween from the airport and locations we were looking to visit and the rooms were decent. As I had a long transit n Abu Dhabi, I intentionally booked for 2 nights so we would not have to wait to check in for 2pm as we reaching early morning and provided the Novotel team with our arrival info. Still ended up waiting for the room to be prepped as the staff at Novotel clearly had not read my message. So disappointed in that sense but overall the rooms and hotel is well maintained Hotel itself is clean
