Great hotel and perfect location

Pros: The customer service, hotel location, and facility were great! Cons: Would have been nice to have have a microwave, but the staff warmed our left over meals up for us.

Comfortable, clean well managed hotel with excellent facilities and a great breakfast buffet

Pros: Check in was very easy, the staff was all helpful and polite. Breakfast options were excellent, the room was comfortable and clean. I ordered room service twice which was very tasty and well presented. The 26th floor terrace bar is a wonderful place to watch the sunset from. The best discovery was their in house restaurant Peshwa. They had the most authentic and delicious bhakri, zunka, sabudana khichi and masale bhat! Unexpected bonus for a person from India! Cons: Everything was great.

Bookmarked for future visits.

Pros: Was an overall smooth stay. One of the best in bangkok. Great value for the price. Cons: We had a hiccup with delivery of my bags to the room, but they jumped on it and made it a priority.
