Pros: Staff Cons: There are several issues that affected my comfort during my stay at the hotel: 1- The timing of room cleaning is very poor. On many occasions, I would return to my room at 2:00 PM to find it uncleaned because the staff were busy with other rooms; they would then arrive to clean mine at 4:00 or 5:00 PM—a time when guests are usually resting! 2- Twice, the hand soap in the bathroom ran out. I requested a refill from the service team, but it took over two hours for anything to be done. 3- One of the elevators was out of service for an entire day, leaving the whole hotel to rely

Pros: تعامل الموظفين فقط Cons: موقع الفندق في شارع لا يصلح للعائلات الغرفة صغيرة وخزانه الملابس صغيرة المنضدة سيئة ،الفراش غير مريح

فندق جميل موظفين ممتازين غرف واسعه نظيفه بها عازل صوت قريب من حي العرب والمولات لا نصح كثير لإقامة العوائل بسبب المناظر

Amazing stay

Pros: Everything! I felt like royalty staying here. The location is great and the rooms were very modern. Cons: Perhaps a little more variety in the breakfast.
