Pros: We loved the hotel, it was great location to the centre and everything we wanted to see, the bedroom was great and comfortable but we had a separate toilet to the bathroom which was a bit claustrophobic. The children had an area to play with interactive games which was amazing. The breakfast was amazing and the pancake station was a hit with kids. Cons: I didn’t like the separate toilet.

If it wasn’t for my breakfast experience I would’ve hate my entire experience.
Pros: Breakfast staff were very nice and friendly. Cons: Room had stain on carpet, air conditioner not working. I asked about it and they gave me a broken fan. The room was super hot and I had to sleep with the window open, so it was very noise. Night staff also was not great, could’ve be more helpful and kind.
