Pros: The bed was comfortable Cons: No one at reception, had to use a computer to self check in, its also a construction site, restraunt is down the back of the construction. I ordered a rib eye for $60, it came out grey, was pretty bad. Got hit with a $300 fine for smoking in the room (i wasnt) when i challenged them, they said it was because of the butts in the bin. Which is where they belong. Ongoing, they are just ignoring me now. Ut kt is theft.

Pros: Large room and comfortable bed, interesting open plan bathroom. Mini fridge and snacks (for a price). The location suited us well. Staff were generous when the guest lifts were closed for a day with fruit and snacks available when using the alternative (service) lift. Cons: Not a great view/a lot of daytime noise over the roof of the rest of the hotel although we didn't spend long in the room (partly to avoid the noise). There was no warning that the restaurant and bar were being refurbished when booking and I felt that they could have put us in a slightly nicer or higher up room (we wer
