Super location, good value, super facilities and nice staff
Pros: Its location is super, close to Edinburgh Trams station and bus station. There is also a big retail park nearby. The hotel is clean, staffs are nice, breakfast is good and many choices. There is a swimming pool, the water is warm and kids like them very much. I like this hotel very much and will stay here if I visit Edinburgh again.
Cons: There is a little Trams’ noise during the night when it pass by the hotel, it is acceptable. After 12 pm, there is no tram, it is super quiet then.

Great location and breakfast.
Pros: Great location to visit the city, not in the center but well connected by very frequent trams and trains. Room is normal, excellent services like pool and gym. Good restaurant and fair prices. The best thing is the fabulous breakfast.
Cons: The bathroom is not up to the standard of the property, clean but a bit uncomfortable due to the presence of the tub/shower.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Novo Hotel Edinburgh. The room was very clean, cozy and perfect in size for us. We were particularly impressed by the breakfast - truly amazing with a great selection! 🥰 The location was also ideal for our Edinburgh stay. The tram station is nearby, making it quick and easy to get to the city center and major attractions. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime. Absolute recommendation! ❤️🏴

Ok but probably could find better
Pros: The room was clean & comfortable. They gave us a discount on the parking.
Cons: Very difficult to find & Sat Nav just took us round for over an hour at which time i continually called the hotel for advice but no one answered. Got there early so couldn’t check in which is fine as its not a right but after waiting over an hour in the bar lots of people in one family were checking in which held up the queue completely. They needed more people on the desk. The view from the window wasn’t good so I’m glad we were only staying one night.
