Pros: The rooms were really good, nice beds

Pros: The rooms were really good, nice beds. Clean, tidy, and cozy. And the hotel is in a really good location. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Delicious drinks at the bar. Cons: This hotel could get top marks if they improved the breakfast. There is not enough space, and the food itself was not fantastic either. The bacon and eggs were not cooked properly. The bread was a bit dry too. It's a shame because that's really the only negative thing to say about the hotel.

The rooms were great, nothing was missing from the breakfast. Nice to have a fridge in the room.

Pros: It is well located for shopping and transportation. Cons: That I couldn't open the window in the room.

Pros: The location of the facility is nice, a very clean facility. Cons: During our 3-day stay, Hamburg was rainy and cold. They gave us a room with a non-working air conditioner. Therefore, we were quite cold in the room. We thought we couldn't make it work on the first day. When we told the reception on the 2nd day, they didn't even bother to take proper care. They reluctantly came to the room and said there was no problem. However, they had brought a small fan with them when they came, so they knew there was a problem. We turned on the fan, and an incredibly bad smell spread in the room. I

Pros: Great location! Nice, new hotel. Cons: The room is rather small for three people, the extra bed is moderately comfortable.
