The staff is very friendly and speaks a little French at the reception Cons: Very surprised by the separation between the bathroom and the bedroom with a partition that can become transparent and is never perfectly opaque. Also missing a brush to clean the toilet

The bartender Cleofas made the BEST mojitos, I have had in this country for a long time!!! And server Anwaz was more than attentive. Great staff all round at the Blackfriars

Family of three. Overall we liked everything. The location is great, very close to the center. Everything is very clean and the beds are comfortable. Regarding the staff, very friendly, willing to help as much as possible. Having the pool is a big plus. Great breakfast and great attention in the restaurant too
It is a very ideal hotel for its price. Recommended
Pros: In a central location. Within walking distance to many tourist areas. 100 meters from the metro. Also, two bus lines pass in front of it. A quiet, peaceful hotel. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. The number of power outlets and USB ports in the rooms is very good Cons: The breakfast is varied and sufficient, but the breakfast room is not large enough for all guests. Also, the number of staff in the breakfast area is insufficient. The rooms are a bit small but comfortable. The cleaning staff is not good. They never washed our tea spoons, we had to wash them ourselves. The minibar
