Great location right in the docks.
Pros: Very modern and clean Cons: Everything was great with hotel but had a problem with a bathroom light turning itself on in the night.

not the best
Pros: close to where we needed to be Cons: room wasn’t ready till 6pm wasn’t the cleanest - stains on carpets , bathroom/shower room smelt and needed re grouting

Quite nice
Pros: Perfect location to reach easily Heathrow airport and the city center. Cons: The room service was unexpectedly late (5 p.m.) and we needed to wait until the service lady got ready with cleaning. It was a bit disturbing as we needed to prepare for the evening event.
