Staff was very welcoming and friendly, it was my Birthday on the day I arrived and staff sent cake and a card to the room for me this was such a lovely gesture

Staff was very welcoming and friendly, it was my Birthday on the day I arrived and staff sent cake and a card to the room for me this was such a lovely gesture. Hotel itself was spotless we stayed in a newly refurbished room it was very well done out. The Breakfast was one of the best I've had as it had such a wide variety to choose from, the bar area and outside seating was nice to sit and relax in the evening. Location wise it was perfect and with great links to all of London with Paddington station only a short 5-minute walk.
