Perfect place to stay before and after a flight
Pros: Check in was very efficient. Staff were welcoming and friendly and respected us as valued customers. The quality of meals was outstanding. The rooms were modern clean and comfortable. We appreciated the shuttle service to the terminal. Highly recommend a stay here. Thank you. Cons: We attempted on 3 occasions to contact reception using the in room phone only to be placed on hold and with nothing not even hold music. We had to call hotel reception using the outside direct phone number to the hotel to speak to organise a shuttle booking. Otherwise everything was perfect.
