Would definitely stay again was comfortable, friendly in a great location.
Pros: Room was spacious, beds comfortable, location was great everything an easy walk away, staff were all friendly and very helpful. We travelled with a young child and he was so thrilled didn't want to leave. Cons: Our mistake we left a child's pillow behind and when I rang to ask it hadn't been handed in so was disappointed by that as this pillow is important.
Overall, everything was excellent. I cannot complain.
Pros: The level of cleanliness and modern facilities. Cons: The lighting could be a little better in the bedroom area.
We hope to be able to stay again. Thank you.
Pros: Overall everything met our expectations. Great location. Staff wonderful. We had a hiccup with room cleaning but the concierge was extremely helpful and supported us in a very timely manner. Evening meal and breakfast were enjoyable Cons: The room cleaning issue was dealt with immediately and professionaly. So otherwise I do not have any thing else to add.
Pros: Staff were helpful and bed was comfy. Shower was also good. Cons: The room was too warm. Followed the directions to lower room temperature but it didn’t reduce. The door on the toilet needs to be full height so smells stay in there and not stink out the whole room.
The location is excellent, the room is clean ,My daughters and me enjoyed our stay.
The location is excellent, with everything conveniently close by.
