modern, clean stay in Nairobi

Pros: Tourists in Africa on safari tend to avoid Nairobi. It’s worth a couple of nights there to spend a day in Nairobi, visit the museums, etc. This is perfectly modern cosmopolitan hotel, clean and in a good location and good security. We skipped the buffet breakfast and walked 5-10 minutes to the nearby mall where there were a couple good cafe choices with full kitchen breakfasts and good pastries. Cons: Don’t rely on the concierge to book a restaurant reservation. He forgot the day before (I think) and booked too late the day of, and we wound up with a very late table at Carnivore – which
