Never again
Too expensive for a tiny dirty room. Right near the ocean (no ocean views) but all I could hear was nearby industrial noise day and night. Parking very expensive

Needs Improvement
Pros: Location. Close to beach, cafes, restaurants Cons: Bed was as hard as a rock & the pillows where terrible. Thank goodness I take mine everywhere. We asked for extra bed toppers to soften bed but woke with a rash on my body like I had been bitten. The back of the bathroom door was filthy with mould

We thought for nearly $400 per night we thought the room was very substandard
Pros: Wasn’t a bad location Cons: Completely over priced for what you got Just a average room for so much money

Service was excellent, room cleanliness and amenities could be improved
Pros: *Front Counter / Reception staff were exceptional and friendly *Restaurant services were great, good service and not pushing you out the door to fill the seat/table *TV system was easy to navigate and find the channels I wanted to watch *Gym was small but effective *Close to Newcastle beach and the walk around to Nobbys was great at 6am, refreshing, calming and peaceful Cons: *Room was not clean, what looked like red wine stains on the couch, bathroom smelt like mould and stains on the carpet throughout the room. *Iron in the cupboard had the fill point broken off so when I ironed
