The breakfast was spectacular, very varied and fresh
The breakfast was spectacular, very varied and fresh. We had dinner at the restaurant and loved it, we were surprised by the quality of the pizzas. I highly recommend it if you don't feel like going out...
Pros: The food
Pros: The food. The breakfast and room service were acceptable. However, I asked for glasses to be brought to me that were not in the room and it was necessary to make the same request twice to be attended to after waiting for more than 2 hours between requests. Cons: The bed mattress had lumps, which for me, being neurodivergent, made sleep impossible. The TV in the room was not a smart TV, which limited channel options and entertainment.

Beautiful structure but annoyed staff
Pros: The structure is very good, the rooms are spacious and have all the services normally found in hotels of this chain. Cons: The staff is the main drawback: rude, indifferent, unresponsive, and inattentive to customer needs. At the reception, there was a girl with an annoyed attitude: during check-in, it seemed like she was doing us a favor by authenticating us and giving us basic information (such as the room number).
