Good, reasonable priced hotel in a fantastic central location. Rooms fine but bedding needs checking
Pros: Location is excellent. On site car parking in the centre of town great Cons: Very lumpy pillows. Bedding had a hole in it

We really enjoyed our stay
We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were all so helpful. The room rate was very reasonable and we were offered an upgrade to a suite for a small extra amount and it was well worth it. The pool was warm and a great experience. The location is fantastic, with the Winter Gardens, peace garden and plenty of shops and restaurants very close by.

Pros: Great hotel, comfy beds and amazing location right in the centre of Sheffield. Asked ahead of time for a cot in room and it was delivered to room before we arrived. Easy check in and clean room. Great choice of breakfast and lovely food. Enjoyed the small swimming pool. Cons: The rooms are quite dated, could do with a refresh for the price paid. The baby cot did not have a proper mattress, towels were put in cot for comfort however could be a hazard for babies. Booked breakfast ahead of time for the discount price of £14pp, however when showing up for breakfast no one around to take room
