Didn't have my room when I checked in. Moved to us a different hotel at their cost (or they claimed such). I found out the rate of hotel they moved me to js abiut 60% of what I paid to Novotel. They offered lunch and dinner but i have crazy busy schedule and did not have a single meal.
Good location
Good rooms + breakfast / small pool
Highlights: Hotel has excellent rooms and good breakfast. The service staff were attentive and Nour who cooks the eggs on request was consistently good. Parking round the back of the building was fine also. Lowlights: the pool is tiny and male-use only. Like other hotels youre given several small plastic bottles each day - i'd rather one large one to reduce plastic waste
Nice location
