Pros: Nothing Cons: This is our last morning here, and unfortunately we have no hot water. I went downstairs to speak with reception and was advised that the issue will take a further 2–3 days to resolve. I was also told that the problem actually began three days ago, although we did have hot water yesterday. Unfortunately, the staff have not been very helpful beyond offering apologies, and no practical assistance or resolution has been provided. I am very disappointed with the way this has been handled. On our first night, we also experienced an issue with the bedside lights flickering. A tec
