If I ever come to Zurich again, I would definitely not stay at this hotel.
Pros: The only thing I appreciated was the polite and courteous behavior of the housekeeping staff responsible for cleaning the rooms. Cons: The breakfast was mediocre. In a country known for its excellent cheeses, there was a surprisingly limited selection of cheese at breakfast. It would have been much better to offer three or four varieties of Swiss cheese. The boiled eggs were mostly cold, and the tomatoes seemed to have been chopped well in advance and were not fresh. The reception staff appeared to be trying to be polite only out of obligation and seemed reluctant to assist us. This w
