Nice short stay, the property provided what I need .
Pros: I was pleased about the mini kitchen, I can prepare my breakfast before I go to work Cons: What I didn’t like was a very loud neighbour who live at next building. His voice and music was ridiculously loud from 2300 hrs to 0330 hrs. Your night shift staff did help me to aware the person. However, this individual is very rough and selfish. He doesn’t care!

Pros: Nice small hotel, friendly staff, great location, a lot of good restaurants around, very close to a bus stop and just a few minutes walk from the tube. Cons: Something to keep in mind for people travelling with heavy baggage - there's no elevator in the building.

O hotel je dobře staráno, náš třílůžkový pokoj byl prostorný, čistý, vybaven malou kuchyňkou. Postele byly pohodlné, ale poněkud krátké pro větší postavu. V blízkosti je zastávka autobusu 65, který staví na Richmond station i u brány Richmond parku. Cons: Krátké postele.
