Pros: Incredible staff. Clean rooms that were sparkling every time I got back. Everything in the room just worked (a rarity) and I never had to ask for assistance with anything. A perfect stay. Cons: I tried to think of something but failed.

Reasonably good value in an excellent location
Pros: The location was superb, with plenty of choice for food and easy access to local attractions. Cons: There was a noticeable footprint on one of the bedsheets - we didn't discover it until late at night and while there is a 24 hour reception desk, we didn't want the hassle of dealing with it at that time. The sheet was changed for us in the morning. We were given no hand towels or bathmat and one of the towels was threadbare, I'm surprised it still held together. The room was very compact for four people.
