Avoid - stay at a hotel with staff present

Since there isn't any physical staff I had to stay on the phone for a while getting info and made about 5 different calls before I could get checked in. Twice I tried to call from the airport and see if I could check in early and I was put on hold so long I didn't try. Getting in was a little difficult because I booked through Hotels.com so I wasn't automatically sent the info to get the code that gets you into the building. They said they would contact me if I could get into my room early, they didn't. I let myself in 20 minutes early into my room using the code. So apparently the room was r

I had a great time at this hotel. Super easy to get to and very close to shopping, grocery, and public transport options.

God beliggenhed, men slidte værelser.

Rigtig god beliggenhed. Rummelige værelser, god rengøring. Nemt at kommunikere på Whatsapp med personale, der svarer hurtigt. Her stopper det positive så desværre også. Værelserne trænger til noget vedligehold. Mange ødelagte/afskallende vægge. Havde et rum med fugtskader i loft og køkken. Ødelagt afløb i brusekabine. Chromecast virker ikke, da der ingen wifi er på TV. Vi fik tilbudt et nyt værelse efter to nætter, dette værelse havde også ødelagt afløb i brusekabine, men her var køleskabet så også i stykker og generelt var det nye værelse dårligere end det første. Easy check in. Easy service. Great stay

Great location and a terrific room. We had a large private balcony/deck with a view of Berlin. Highly recommend for short or long-term stays. We had four people so only having one restroom was a little bit of a challenge. It had a nice little kitchenette And an ideal location.
