Excellent Location, Minimal Service

Pros: The hotel was in a very central location. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The entire check-in and check-out process was handled through an app. There were no staff on site, except for the housekeeping team Cons: During our three-day stay, the housekeeping staff never came to make the beds or replace the towels

perfect stay

Pros: The location is very close to Postdamerplatz and in a very quiet, clean, and safe area. Close to several tourist attractions in the city and excellently connected by metro. Cons: Everything perfect
