We are deeply disappointed with our experience since we got no help or any information about how to enter the place that we booked

We are deeply disappointed with our experience since we got no help or any information about how to enter the place that we booked. We called many times and no one picked up. We ended up sleeping in our car because of your horrible service. We were looking forward to our stay and we received the absolute worst from you. We will never come back or recommend you to anyone.

The room was very very small and the shower was so small you couldn't move or lift your elbows without touching the walls or the door

The room was very very small and the shower was so small you couldn't move or lift your elbows without touching the walls or the door. Also, cleaning is not included and it's an extra fee, unless you stay for longer than 8 nights and then you get 1 cleaning.
