Unfortunately, there were problems getting the room number and pin code, but there was good service over the phone, so it was resolved. The hotel's location is superb, and we would gladly come again

We are deeply disappointed with our experience since we got no help or any information about how to enter the place that we booked. We called many times and no one picked up. We ended up sleeping in our car because of your horrible service. We were looking forward to our stay and we received the absolute worst from you. We will never come back or recommend you to anyone.
