Appalling. the lack of human contact absolutely ruined my stay.
Pros: Not much. It was a DIY hotel stay as far as I am concerned. Check yourself in if you can remember the number. Cons: Was finally checked in to a dirty room. The only staff member did move me to a clean room and did everything he could that was within the parameters allowed to him. Coffee machine didnt work - Nothing done about it Sparkling water with no lid on so couldnt use it Any contact had to be made by whatsapp and it was just a fiasco. 20 minutes for a reply.
Apart from the electric going off had a lovely stay room clean great location and bed really comfy
Pros: The room was lovely really spacious and kitchen area great! Also the bed was sooo comfy! Cons: Had a problem when plugged in iron and electric went off was difficult trying to speak to a staff member as is a reception less hotel and there isn’t anyone there in person to help
Good value for money, especially in summer, super central - but lacks personal contact
Pros: Super comfy beds! I was there during a heatwave and had previously had another hotel without air con, which was really tough. So the air con was much appreciated! Cons: The chat bot didn’t work and it was impossible to call someone. I had issue with the toilet only flushing 1 out of 8 times. I told the cleaning staff because I couldn’t reach anyone via chat or phone, they said they’d inform someone to come look but it never got fixed till I left.
Really great hotel, slightly in the expensive size for what is a mid range hotel
Great location and liked the digital system
