Excellent location in Pempelfort: around a 2 min walk from Nordstraße metro, with great streetcar access, vibrant cafés, shops, plus a quiet side-street vibe • Modern, spacious rooms/studios/apartments with kitchenettes, work desks, premium beds – ideal for both short stays and business travellers

* online check-in is as complicated as nowhere else, without any added value; * the overly familiar 'du' is probably meant to compensate for the lack of hospitality; * the room was not really clean (hair ties behind the door, old coffee capsules in the machine); * air conditioning with a hose that needs to be led out of the tilted window is nonsensical and environmentally harmful; * the location may be convenient, but the noise level all night with the window open is almost unbearable - the earplugs on the nightstand probably say it all; * inhospitable lobby, with barred areas - vacation in Gu
