Excellent location, clean and comfortable rooms, and very responsive service.

Pros: Perfect location for exploring London, and the room was very nice and extremely clean. Initially, I was given a room on the first floor, which I wasn’t comfortable with. There were some loud pipes and a roof directly outside the window, to the point where you could literally climb out onto it. As soon as I asked to change rooms, the staff responded very quickly and offered me a new room on the 4th floor. I was really pleased with how easily and professionally they handled it. I would definitely recommend Numa to anyone visiting London. Cons: The only downside is that there is no breakfa
