A comfortable, modern guest house, that serves an excellent breakfast.
Pros: Great location for the seafront, central Hastings and old Hastings. The breakfast was excellent.
Cons: Parking would have been a bonus but Priory Street car park was 2 minutes away and securely locked at night.

Pros: Mooi proper, goede bedden.
Goede ligging qua afstand tot centrum en zee, maar je moet via een niet zo aangename buurt.
Cons: Kleine badkamer, was heel hygiënisch, proper maar dient een beetje opknapwerk.

A great mini break stay
Pros: Inviting Boutique Guest House in a superb location to the Old & New Towns as well as the seafront.
We stayed in the cosy double, which looked out into the well maintained courtyard garden, which was open from 9am- 10pm. It was small but well equipped with storage & a very comfortable bed. Tea/coffee making facilities that were replenished daily. You could even help yourself to more tea, ect, from the supplies in the hallway. Coffee bags as well as oat milk were also available.
A handy information pack which gave lots of places to visit was available in the room.
