Very beautiful hotel. The hotel is well-known and wonderful. The staff is friendly and helpful. But I was surprised. There is no bidet in the bathroom, even though it is mentioned in the reviews that there is a bidet. I hope they maintain the level and cleanliness. Thanks to the staff and friendly employees. Easy procedures for both check-in and check-out. Thank God.
Modern hotel in the center
Excellent hotel, very modern interior and friendly helpful staff. We were upgraded to a premium room with a lake view, the room was amazing, beds are very comfy, unique bathroom in front of the window and colorful lighting, very well equipped. Very busy in the center of Geneva so the valet parking was essential, really easy.
