Pros: Pool and Spa fantastic. Some of the Bar Staff great. Reception staff friendly Cons: Some of the bsr staff need a lesson in Customer Service. Waiting at Bar for over 10 minutes without even being acknowledged our of order. Guy taking table orders says I ll be with you in a minute and then disappeared. Unacceptable
Don't accept a room on the 1st floor
Pros: I was given a refund for one of the nights I stated Cons: It was noisy. When I moved rooms, I was given one on the 1sr floir above the Picadilly line, and could hear every train that went through.

Pros: Posizione ottima, pieno centro ma situato comunque in una zona tranquilla. Si raggiungono a piedi molte delle attrazioni principali. Le camere sono grandi e confortevoli, il letto era molto comodo e c’era la possibilità di farsi un caffè nespresso, usare il bollitore e accedere ai servizi streaming con la televisione. La colazione era nel complesso buona, la scelta non era sempre molto ampia per il dolce, ma niente di che, era ottima. La spa con la piscina è un grande plus per questa struttura, perfettamente funzionante e mai affollata, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo un giorno di lunghe ca
