Excellent place to stay in London! The location is absolutely perfect, very convenient for exploring the city. Our room was comfortable, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed, with great air conditioning, which was especially appreciated in July. The staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!

I recommend this hotel. Very well located, just a 20-minute walk from Saint Pancras Station

Pros: Very smooth check-in. Easy to leave luggage upon arrival before the room was ready and the same upon departure. Unfortunately, we could not enjoy the rooftop reserved for an event, but it looks superb. The pool and spa are very pleasant, despite a very slippery floor and a high ambient temperature. Cons: The breakfast is well presented, but the quality of the products is not exactly up to par. Too bad. It was still good.
