Overall it was ok and people were polite although when I asked about a shuttle or car to the airport
Pros: Location not very exciting - I wish we had stayed at the Viaduct end of the pier area. The shower in our room was broken The room /tidying service people came in without knocking while I was in the shower :( Cons: Knocking loudly before entering There was a lot of packaging and decorative items such as cushions stacked up in the hallways - kind of felt a bit grotty
Pros: Location was great Rooms a great size Cons: No hand towels provided and only had half a roll of toilet paper for a 2 night stay
Cons: The scrambled egg for breakfast. We have the worlds best food in NZ and you serve up scrambled egg that is in a plastic bag. Why aren't you using fresh eggs?

An overall great stay and weekend. Would go back there in the future.
We were going to events in the central city which we parked the car in the car park building and walked.
