Pros: How helpful the staff were. Excellent value for money. Fabulous location. Cons: The buffet breakfast wasn't as good as it has been in the past. The scrambled eggs were not cooked properly and cold.
Wonderful Stay in Auckland
Pros: It was central, clean and great breakfast. Rooms are huge and spacious. Restaurant is good for dinner. Cons: Had to request to have room Cleaned.

Good I would stay here again
Pros: Location is GBD was great and also easy to get to car park. Room was cleaned daily and restocking was excellent. Cons: Our room didn't have enough plates cutlery and glasses for a family of 4. Room cleaning was late in the day however it is a big hotel so could be understandable. We booked a 2 room apt However there were windows at the top of the wall and a glass door at the front which made it difficult for the kids to sleep if we were in the lounge watching TV. Which wasn't ideal but we managed it.
Nice and clean
Pros: The young lad that greeted us on our arrival was excellent….that's what you call customer service 👍🤩 Cons: 1. There was no luggage rack….there is enough room there for it. 2. The fruit salad in the restaurant could be cut a little smaller. That’s all.
