Bad start with room allocated not having been cleaned but staff quickly reallocated different room which was bigger . Staff very accomodating when car was unable to be moved out of the car park for most of the day. Staff very courteous. Room was clean and tidy (second room). Accomodation close to public transport.

There was no signage for Oaks Suites on the building, which made it very difficult to find to find the front desk. This was a stressful start to our stay. However, staff were very friendly once we located them and helpful throughout our stay.

Had the most amazing view of the city, but was a bit to noisey for my liking

Bed comfortable, decent view, good size room. Carpet damage, walls patch painted . Parking charge is $50 per day 😳
