Awful. Less than 1 star.
1) Hardest mattress I have ever tried to sleep on; 2) Smallest and most poorly equipped "fitness center" I have ever seen - anywhere; 3) Not even one single English language TV channel was available (even 1 star budget hotels have this); 4) Rude and arrogant attitude by management when these issues were mentioned.
Exceptional Service! !!!!
I stayed at this hotel for 7 days and found the service of the staff to be impeccable and exceptional. The room was clean and warm. Location was also very convenient. The only downside was that the room maybe slightly small for families.
Mold on bathroom curtains
Every staff was nice. I got room 809 for 3 nights. I knock off 3 stars because I got mold in the bathroom. Look like the bath wall was never clean. Also the curtains has mold. Its not a nice view when its close down. I will try different hotels when I return back to Thailand.
The best thing about this hotel is its convenient location and the polite staff (except for the receptionist). Unfortunately, upon check-in we were scammed out of 1,000 baht. The receptionist told us it was a deposit, did not provide any receipt, and promised we would get the money back on the day of check-out. However, at check-out we were told that we had never paid anything and that we were supposedly checked in without a deposit. This would be funny if it weren’t so unpleasant. I had booked a 5-night stay at Oakwood Residence in Bangkok. From the moment I arrived, the experience started very poorly: there was a power outage, and the hotel was running on a generator. That alone is not a major issue, but what is truly unacceptable is the complete lack of communication from the staff. Not a single smile, no gesture of hospitality — not even offering a drink. Guests were simply left waiting by the pool. After one hour, I went back to the reception to ask for more information.
