Good location but hotel is 4-stars at best

Pros: The location is great, easy walk to old town, train station and metro station a doorstep away. Cons: The a/c in the room was noisy, the chair was torn, small stains everywhere, the reception area on the first floor was very small and only manned by one person. This is just not a 5 star hotel as advertised.
