A lovely historic and unique pub - with benefits and limitations as a result

Pros: The room was fantastic and very spacious. It was spotless and the bed was comfortable. Having a sofa was a great to relax. I loved the historic building and the features. The staff were pleasant and the person who checked me in was really helpful. I cannot fault the accommodation at all. The bathroom big and was spotless. The shower was great. I would suggest a kettle with a longer lead as I had to put it on the floor to use it but that wasn't a huge issue. Cons: The noise made it impossible to sleep. I was informed on check-in that the bar was open until 1am. That was fine. But the
