Comfortable stay. Rooms were clean but dated.
Pros: Great location. The hotel is one on the only remaining buildings from when bournville was created. Cons: Lack of accessible powder points near bed. Rooms (mainly bathroom) were tired, needs updating Hotel has a bar on site which we had hope to use but was in darkness the 2 nights we stayed and there did not appear to be any staff on site
As mentioned, the room was a very small on on suite even though it was for one person. Disappointing breakfast that didn
Pros: The location was very convenient. Cons: Room was very small even for 1 person sleeping on a single bed. £80 for such a small room is too much.
Pay the slightly extra for the bigger room. Lovely place with great food.
Pros: The hotel looks really nice, food is great and staff are really friendly. Cons: It's a bit creaky in places, I took the single room which was clean and fairly modern but fairly snug.
