Lovely staff, comfy bed, but very tired - needs decorating. No working wi-fi or TV.

Pros: The staff were absolutely lovely. Very polite and helpful, recommending places for breakfast. The (tiny!) bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. Cons: The stairs are narrow, so getting your case up two floors isn't easy. The room itself looked pleasant, with a partial sea view, but everything was old and tired. The small metal table and 'comfy', faux leather chairs by the window were a nice touch but took up space, as did the two extra single beds. On the plus side, the spare beds are great for a family, but the room felt over stuffed. The decor was very tired and even unfinishe

All great

Pros: The lady that runs the place was extremely friendly and helpful. It was last minute stay for me after a beach day, so I didnt have much on me. So when ive asked for a specific phone charger she went beyond my expectations and she found it for me even she didnt have it at the facility at the time. Always with a smile which I value in customer sevice Cons: All was great. The shower was a bit too small to my liking and the room was hot, but I still enjoyed my stay

Decent last minute stay. Wouldnt book if planning to stay in Brighton for a weekend however.

Pros: Clean room and comfortable bed. Hot shower. Cons: The room was tiny and the TV didnt work. This wasnt an issue but we wanted to put the radio on when getting ready to go out so just used our phones instead. The soundproofing is terrible and could hear everything from above and in rooms adjacent. The bathroom was tiny. Barely enough room to move but was only used to wash so wasnt an issue for one night.
