Pros: Suite meravigliosa, con ogni tipo di comodità. Bella, pulita, spaziosa, superaccessoriata: accogliente! Receptionist eccezionali: gentili ed efficientissime. Posizione Top. Consiglierei solo di fornire coperte leggere in alternativa ai piumini, che d'estate sono eccessivi. Esperienza magnifica, eccetto (ma NON è colpa dell'hotel) per il trasfer di andata dall'aeroporto di Praga all'Hotel; quello, pessimo. Cons: Dell'hotel, niente: tutto splendido! Great location and spacious room, but housekeeping and attention to detail fell below five star standards.

Pros: Excellent location for exploring Prague. The room was spacious, the kitchen was well equipped, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Cons: The housekeeping and attention to detail did not meet five star expectations. We found dust, human hairs on the carpets, crumbs left after cleaning, and a very dirty toilet brush. The bedside lamp was cracked, the TV remote was missing at check in, and body wash was not replenished. The toilet paper roll in use was also not replaced, although an extra roll was available.
