Wonderful place to stay for a countryside experience, very clean and convenient to area sights

Pros: The property is stunning, beautiful old buildings and lovely grounds, well cared for with very nice staff. Phenomenal breakfast - Andy and Tracy took great care of us and were lovely with the kids Cons: Air conditioning - or at least some electric fans - would be nice on hot summer days. It cooled down and we slept fine, but would have appreciated some more cool airflow

Fabulous Stay

Pros: From the moment we checked in to when we checked everything was fantastic We had a family birthday party in Worthing so decided to stay at Selden Farm B&B. The waitress & the chef at breakfast were wonderful and could not do enough for you. The cooked breakfast was great. The room we stayed in was spotless. All in all a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you to all the staff we met for a fabulous stay. Cons: Nothing everything was first class

The property was unaccommodating, we were traveling from Suffolk, work full time and could not get there until 22.00

The property was unaccommodating, we were traveling from Suffolk, work full time and could not get there until 22.00. I booked with a request to check in at 22.00. They refused to agree to a late check-in but then took the payment anyway. I requested a refund as we physically could not get there sooner. It was refused. Essentially they took money for nothing. In my mind, this is just wrong. Especially when 22.00 is not obscenely late
