Best location with best staff!!
Excellent location, very clean and comfortable rooms, and outstanding service from all staff members. From reception to housekeeping, everyone was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help.
Pros: My room was 204 with too much noise ,due to the engine ,I couldn't sleep well.and hand shower was leakage . Cons: The staff were excellent and supportive ,
Pros: The location is very well for walking in the old city but taxis can't get to you unless you pay more Cons: In 4 days, they never cleaned the room and had to ask for toilet paper

Pros: The location is amazing and the staff are helpful. Cons: The breakfast was very poor. My room was located on the ground floor. It was very tired and in need of refurbishment, and it had a smell of mould. The rest of my family stayed on the second floor and did not have this problem. The bed linen was 100% synthetic and very uncomfortable.
