The hotel was nice and my little single room was cozy and quiet

The hotel was nice and my little single room was cozy and quiet. The AC was a little rattly but worked really well, and everything was nice and clean. The bathroom was amazing- great size, water pressure, rain shower head and attachment, and a few little soaps. There was a nice little closet for my items and a few small shelves around the room. If the couple shelves had been a little bigger/longer it would’ve made getting ready a bit easier, and maybe a couple more amenities like a shower cap or slippers. My only issue was the bed itself- The mattress and pillows were rock hard and I could fee

This hotel should not be advertised as having double rooms- the room they allocated was absolutely not a double

This hotel should not be advertised as having double rooms- the room they allocated was absolutely not a double. I say this as having worked in the hospitality industry! The room did not gave room to open a Ryanair approved hand baggage case on the floor. Absolutely disgraceful they are selling rooms as doubles that are not fit for this purpose. Do not take notice of other reviews because I am am absolutely appalled by the level of accommodation offered. The bathrooms and me person struggles to fit in!

Fabulous hotel until the last morning when the lift was out of order and we had to haul our suitcase down from the 5th floor to the ground floor- very unfortunate but they did say they were working to repair it.
