Pros: hotel room with balcony Cons: had to walk and get my car from garage valet at hotel I thought they get your car but had to walk to garage down the street to get my car when I checked out at noon.

Best experience from style, comfort and the staff was amazing!

Pros: Comfortable bed, beautiful room, nice amenities. What made this experience even better was the staff. They were always cheerful, helpful and went above and beyond to help us. Great location! They even have the famous Lenny the doorman working there. This is a high-level hotel without the high-level price. Cons: Loved everything!

Excellent Hotel. Great weather and a great stay/vacation in New York.

Pros: From walking into the Reception area to leaving. We loved staying at this hotel. It was in an excellent area of New York and we felt very safe in the area. We found all the staff to be very professional and friendly. We did not see the Gentleman who was on Reception when we arrived (at about 4.30pm on 11th August. Sorry we did not get his name) when we left but would like to thank him for allocating such a nice room with a really big balcony. The Concierge team was very friendly and helpful. The gym was well equipped and a nice little area with lounges on a balcony outside. We loved
